This is an appointment for prescription-only, anti-wrinkle and muscle-relaxing treatments with botulinum toxin (e.g. Botox). Treatment will only be carried out after a thorough medical consultation. The £50 payment is a non-refundable deposit, which will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
